By registering an account on Free-QR.link ("Service", "Platform", "Provider"), you ("User", "Subscriber", "Establishment") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform provides digital menu creation, QR code generation, table booking requests, customer review collection, staff tipping integration, and dish analytics tools.
The Provider reserves the absolute, sole, and unconditioned right to modify, amend, update, replace, or change any part of these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or Service functionalities at any time, for any reason, or without specifying any reason, and without prior notice to the User. Continued access or use of the Platform after any modifications constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.
All free services, trial periods, and features are provided at the sole discretion of the Provider. The Provider explicitly reserves the right to introduce paid subscription tiers, recurring fees, feature paywalls, usage limits, or transaction commissions for any existing or future feature (including but not limited to menu hosting, QR generation, table bookings, analytics, or staff tipping) at any time. The Provider is under no obligation to maintain free access indefinitely.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Provider shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of restaurant profits, business interruption, system downtime, lost table reservations, inaccurate menu data, fake customer reviews, unauthorized account access, or technical glitches. Users acknowledge that they use the Platform entirely at their own risk.
Users retain ownership of intellectual property in their uploaded logos and dish photos. However, Users grant the Provider a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and index such content. Users are strictly prohibited from publishing illegal, offensive, defamatory, copyrighted, or fraudulent content. The Provider reserves the right to suspend or delete any account or branch without notice and without liability.
We collect essential information required to operate the Platform, including account email, password hashes, business addresses, social links, and uploaded graphics. We also process guest information submitted via table reservation and review forms solely to deliver those services to the designated Establishment.
To protect Establishments against automated spam, fake reviews, and reservation flooding, we log IP addresses for rate-limiting purposes (restricting table booking requests to 1 per hour per IP and reviews to 1 per 24 hours per IP). This logging is essential for system security and service integrity.
We utilize essential cookies and browser LocalStorage to remember user sessions, active branch selections, and user language preferences (e.g., Google Translate engine selections). We do not sell user or guest personal data to third-party advertising brokers.
